Dan actually returned the call I placed within 24 hours of my message. I was sold already but he actually kept his appointment. He heard and understood what we wanted, offered his expertise for getting the job done. When he asked if we were getting other estimates. The answer was a quick NO - Dan had the job immediately. He was here to do the job within 2 weeks of our first appointment. He is professional, personable and completes the job as requested. He has been back already for a few more trees in our back yard and we 100% stand behind him and will never call anyone else to provide this service. Thanks Dan!!! Keep up the GREAT job!

We called Monster for a quote to selectively trim our 15 various trees and got a visit from Tom Robbins of Monster. He put together a great plan to thin our trees a bit , remove one sick one and treat about 9 that were maples for the lantern fly. His crew showed up as scheduled, did a real pro job and then followed up with me after the work and clean up was complete.
Folks, these guys are flat out the best company we’ve ever used. And we won’t be calling anyone else in the future, because we found the Best!

Me and my neighbors had 5 trees that we need to have lifted and pruned. We received 4 different quotes and choose Monster and we are glad we did. The original arborist that came out spent time with us discussing the health of not only the trees we needed work on but also educated us on the various trees on our property. He took the time to talk about current issues with diseases, problem insects (lantern fly and emerald ash) and tips on how we might improve the health of the trees. The crew came on time and completed the work safely and professionally. They met with us before beginning to make sure they understood what each of us wanted. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future

Trees I was told, by other companies, to take down, Max said they were healthy and would leave them be. My confidence in him had me sign up immediately for your company to come out and do the work.
Unbelievably, your company came out the same day to do the work. The workmen were also polite, knowledgeable and personable. The place was left immaculate!

I am so pleased with the work done by Monster Tree Service. The person who came to give me an estimate was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me an estimate on the spot that was more than half of the estimate I got from another local service. For that reason I was a bit concerned about clean up. (I thought with the price being so low, clean up might be a problem.) I returned home after the trees were removed and my yard was immaculate. No twigs, leaves or seeds to clean up! I am recommending Monster to everyone who needs a tree service!

Monster did a great job of removing a 55-foot tree that was on my property. This tree was dangerously close to my other 2 neighbors. Not only was the quote no-haggle, but the service was also unbelievable. My yard is actually cleaner than before they arrived. I had the stump ground as well. I had others quote on the tree – the quotes were slightly higher but the real difference was the confidence level Monster had to remove the tree without damage to the surroundings. I highly recommend them.

They were amazingly thorough, finding and removing dozens of dead limbs that my wife and I hadn’t even known were there. They worked quickly and carefully and when they left, it was hard to tell that they had even been there. I called two other tree companies for estimates before choosing Monster. Next time I’ll just call Monster.

We put in for a few bids for our huge poplar tree to be cut down. Thank goodness Monster Tree Service were the only ones who took any interest. We got an estimate and a date in a couple days and the crew showed up on time, got right to work and worked as a team and in less than 8 hours had our tree down and the yard cleaned as if they were never there.
