Tree Books

Hello Again. Welcome to Monster Tree Service Minneapolis’s Blog. Last week Monster Tree Service advertised in a direct mail piece called Money Mailer. Did you get it in your mailbox? Did you see our coupons? I really think our mascot monster whose name is Chip is cute. But enough of the cute talk! Did you know that Monster Tree Service has super-fast estimate service, and really affordable prices? Well, it does. Monster Tree Service provides many services included but not limited to tree and shrub pruning, complete tree removal, and stump grinding for commercial and residential customers.

I was thinking about trees (what, that would be weird), and classic books about trees but I could only think of one. A Tree Grows In Brooklyn. I remember having to read this book in either high school or junior high, but I really don’t remember much because I was too busy worrying about other teenage angst things. What I do remember is I thought it was sad, and kind of exotic. I lived in Dallas, Texas at the time and Brooklyn, NY seemed like it would be exciting, historical, old, and maybe even a little scary. That’s all I remember. Did you read it? I think it was good, and now I wish I had kept all my book reports from those days. It was probably really interesting since I do remember getting a D in the class from Mrs. Barrett. (She resigned the next year).
