I couldn't be more pleased with Jackie and her friendly crew. I had a dead tree, over 60 feet high, to remove in a tight space in my back yard. With safety first in mind, their tree climber (15 years experience) was able to top this tree and then drop the base exactly where they planned, without damaging my fence, a tree house and blueberry bushes planted nearby. There is a creek near my lower back yard and the ground stays soft in wet years (like 2020), but their little loader with its big tires didn't get stuck nor make ruts. They made sure to get all the wood debris and blew back the leaves in the yard, even cleaning off the ramp to my shed. I would definitely recommend Monster Tree Service of Flowery Branch to my Hall County neighbors!
