Monster Tree Service was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. After I requested a quote I received a call the next day and an arborist was onsite the following day to discuss the work we needed done. A few days later the team was onsite, removed several large trees, ground the stumps out of the ground and did a lot of tree trimming. All members of the team climbed up the trees to cut limbs. The team members were all polite, well trained and very easy to work with, and they had the equipment to get the job done. All i can say is the work exceeded my expectations.

John came originally to look over the property (two acres in lots of pines and various plantings). He looked over everything, said most was okay as is. For the two small dead trees/bushes, it would be cheaper if I just used my normal landscaper. However, one 40 foot Jeffrey looked drought stressed. He recommended a special deep soil treatment to improve moisture retention, then came out a few days later to do just that. Very reasonable, and since he clearly wasn't trying to gouge, and was very knowledgeable, I will now trust him to do anything needed on my trees. Thanks, John!
