From From the first call to Meta in the office, who was so pleasant to talk to, was such a great experience. She scheduled an estimate the very next day. To Bill coming to give the estimate and he was on time and very knowledgeable. To the amazing crew who worked so hard in the heat! 90* yesterday. They did such an amazing job. The cleaned up so well that you’d never know a 55 ft tree was even there. Their prices were almost HALF of what I was quoted by other guys. I highly recommend Monster Tree.

I first chatted with Bill and the guys from Monster Tree Service upon seeing them removing some trees from a neighbors yard- and I knew instantly that they were a vastly different kind of tree company that I'd spoken with in the past. Bill was very knowledgeable as well as flexible, fitting me right in the next day. The workers were prompt, worked around my schedule, and were very thorough, friendly, and trustworthy. They removed a very large old redwood tree stump that had been on our property for many years and did an incredible job. I cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely be using them for our future arborist needs.

Great working with Bill, Sarah and Anthony at Monster Tree Service!
The company took care of a number of large precarious old trees in the front of my father's property in Sonoma (Boyes Hot Springs to be exact). Bill provided a detailed estimate complete with 'before photos' to ensure that we were all on the same page what was to be done. Sarah patiently took care of the scheduling to coincide with PG&E temporarily disconnect of power to the house. These were old trees that grew high into the electrical wires.
The crew arrived on time and did a great job working within the limitations of the utility wires, hillside and neighboring fences. I talked to Anthony the crew lead and he knew exactly what was to be done.. and did it. A set of 'after' photos was provided with the final invoice to show that all was done as written in the estimate.
This is what you want... a company that says what it does and does what it says.

These guys are the best! From Sarah in the office to Anthony and his crew, a painless process from start to finish. My parents had to comply with the city and remove all junipers due to fire susceptibility. Mind you my parents entire front garden was all junipers! I only had a few day to complete this job but Sarah was able to get everything in motion and everything was cleared out in just a few hours. The boys in the crew even went as far as to clean up some little piles of cutting my parents had left from the previous day. So sweet!
