Then your people met the utility company on the start day - handled that part well, Good coordination with the Utility company. Then when the team arrived, each seemed as though they had been together for years. It was enjoyable to watch a well-oiled team tackle the job from fence tear down all the way through putting the fence back up. They cleaned up as they went. My neighbor was also impressed with the care taken to his yard and driveway. You guys did such a great Job my wife asked if we had funds to tackle the dead wood in the tree out front. Again a quick response, options, settlement on what could be done within my budget, and Professional. I'm 63. It's hard to impress me, but your team managed to go beyond my expectations. Thank You.

The guys doing the work were smart, courteous, and fast. In addition, they had to get permission from the school next to me since a few of the trees were actually on another property. The crew was very well educated on the dynamics of tree removal. It was simply amazing to watch. They did a spectacular job! After a long day of removal they still had it in them to remain at the job site and clean up! Thank you for a job very well done! The guys who were part of this crew today, didn’t just do their jobs, they made it important to a young man who was watching them. This young man has an intellectual disability and stood in amazement as he watched these guys do their jobs. They treated him like he was part of their crew, answering his questions and teaching him safety in the work place! Oh.... the tree. They were extremely efficient and professional. Honestly, I was more impressed with how they left the property. Very detailed in their cleanup leaving little to no wood chips on the sidewalk or in the street. I have two trees left to take down and I will use Monster Tree Service

I had a 50+ year old Chinese Elm removed from my back yard. Bill Wardell & his crew (Cody, Brian, Korey, & Alvin) were all professional & courteous. Communication w/ Bill throughout the estimate & scheduling (late Autumn & w/ changing seasons) was easy & transparent. During actual tree removal, his crew were careful not to damage the surrounding bushes & landscaping, all while remaining very efficient. Afterwards, their clean up was thorough. All said, given the size of tree & access to it (65-75 ft & in back yard), the job was competitively priced and surrounding damage minimal (a couple branches to adjacent 12 burning bushes & arbor vitae ). I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends & coworkers (as they were recommended to me). Thanks again, Monster Tree Service.
