Monster Tree Service Will Continue to Work as an “Essential” Business
Monster Tree Service of North Charlotte Metro is focused on the safety of our clients, the public and our employees. We are aware of the recent Mecklenburg “Stay at Home” order. Mecklenburg County, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the governing bodies of the tree service industry (TCIA and ISA) have all aligned that certain aspects of Tree Service are “essential business” supporting critical infrastructure.
While work outside the categories listed below AND within Mecklenburg county will be scheduled to be completed after the “stay at home” order expires, we will continue to work and service our clients in need of our highly skilled services that protect the safety of the public and property as outlined below.
Monster Tree Service of North Charlotte Metro will continue to provide ALL of our services in counties and localities which have not yet adopted a “Stay at Home” order.
As professional arborists, we spend 90% of our workday outdoors and are able to conduct our business while practicing social distancing thanks to the wide open spaces and fresh air provided by mother nature. Additionally we have changed our standard practices to support social distancing when interacting with our customers in person to comply with CDC recommendations to keep safe distances. Furthermore we are capable of interacting virtually, by phone, or supporting any special arrangements that our customers may prefer and are CDC compliant.
